Haverhill City Hall — Attraction in Haverhill

I'm not sure of the males name (because he didnt even introduce himself to me nor talk to me) but, hes a guy who does the road testing...anyway... He sits there and just barks the orders of what he wants you to do, doesn't make you feel comfortable AT ALL, and sits there and will apparently tell you, "you been driving like you've had no freaking lessons at all." Yes, he said it just like so. He wants you to go a certain speed then says you're going to fast when it's the speed he wanted. He only gives you 2 tries on wrong doings, and I'm sorry I thought its supposed to be 3 times??? Now, the person driving was already extremely nervous...however, this guy showed no care in the world and didnt even try to make you feel a little at ease. He also had no patience, the second you did something wrong, he caught an attitude, rolled his eyes, and would say, "Just continue." HE SHOULD NOT BE DOING THIS...

They charged me 3x the total due on my excise tax as a "demand" for being late, when I never received the bill. I tried to call and sort it out, and was treated horribly by very irritable representatives. I was told "it's illegal" to remove the fees places on an excise tax bill, but they couldn't point me to the law when I had asked what law that was. Complete lack of respect, and due-diligence, and apparently they make up fake laws?

This town will nickel and dime you.

I'm glad this "demand" can end up going into someone's pocket as a bonus. This is a sleezy run down town with mostly terrible roads.

Great building with good bones, would make a fine affordable housing development (which would greatly increase this building's usefulness to the City of Haverhill). It currently functions as some sort of group home, one where the occupants are blissfully unaware of their own shortcomings.
