Boy!! If I thought this store was horrible before I'm convinced now. The people who work at this location are exactly why the phrase of "good workers are hard to find" exist. Absolutely NO customer service. The tall bald guy with a beard certainly let us know he had no intentions of helping us. He was complaining that they'll be closing soon and that he only makes 19 dollars an hour. So my husband and I took the major hint and just left. I'm officially done with location. I gave it another try and it failed. The date and time was july 2nd at 7:30pm. He was probably upset because we came in when he shift was ending. So for further issues we'll be bring our business to plaistow location. This store needs to along with the "workers" in. This store is grimey!! They told us that they were having a promotion, 5G for free!!! then i got a bill a month later for the "free" phone. As Im calling the store trying to speak with the manager to rectify the issue the reps keep hanging up on me!!! I would not recomend this company to anyone!!!!! Dont believe what they tell you. Get it in writing...

As a result, I began to ask technical questions that typically isn't in a reps job description to know. Though Thalia, didn't know off-hand, she immediately punched in a Google search query and got me those answers!
Shortly after finally deciding on a phone, the payment system wasn't working. If anyone has ever worked in customer service, he or she would know the awkward feeling of telling a customer, "sorry, our system isn't working." Thalia not only communicated that in a way that made me feel valued, but she also continued to offer alternative suggestions on ways around the issue. Finally we were able to switch to another system and process the payment.
Imagine how stressful that situation could have been for both a rep, and a customer? We even had a few laughs throughout the technical chaos. In the end, I left with both a smile and re-iterative assurance that it is those service reps that make the company thrive, not the technology involved....
Read moreI’m a brand new customer I went into the store too buy a hot spot device the guy how Sold it too me had a really bad attitude pretty much rushed me out of the store I had a issue with the hot spot called customer service they said I needed a pin they guy at the store never told me me pin too the account nore did he ask me What I wanted the pin too be I am extremely unhappy and feels like I’m off too a bad start with this company already and am not sure if I even want too Switch from the current carrier I have now I wouldn’t recommend going too this store in haverhill unless you want too feel like your being rushed out of the store with unanswered Questions as your becoming a new customer way too start off joining...
