That level of care and customer focus is almost extinct these days. She brought it back to life.

My wife and I have have been using CBD vapes for minor pain and we love to shop local so we visited Van Gogh CBD. We were told that the vape we had purchased was rechargeable and we knew it was not because it was a disposable not too many disposables are rechargeable. They are throw away. No big deal at all but halfway through the Vape it just died and there was no way to recharge this. This was very frustrating considering how expensive it was for only 200 mg it was $35. We had actually purchased 2 separate vapes. The second one you actually needed to have a battery for which we already had. This second vape was A 500 mg at roughly $35 and that Vape is so clogged up repeatedly that we can’t even Vape it. We are very familiar with vapes and we know many clog but they right open to continue use. This one popped open and as you pulled on it it actually closed again in the middle of use and did so until it just stopped working.This was a complete loss of around $78. Unhappy...

Going to be straight forward, the store was very nice along with the salesperson. I bought the lambo because I was talked into it it was supposed to be so great, I let it soak the whole deal and it just constantly pops idk why? I thought since it was the same day not even 4 hours later I’d just be honest and say it doesn’t hit like I expected and was going for the juul. I was told I couldn’t return it since it wasn’t “defective” so I thought let’s clean it up refil see what I can do not a day later it won’t hold a charge so I’m guessing that had to do with the popping but as I go to return it within the 48 hours now because it won’t hold a charge I was told the other sales person already told them I just “didn’t like it” so now I’m stuck with a truly defective vape and they will not do anything about it.
