My biggest complaint isn't about the theater itself, but about the accessibility of the facilities.
I have a young child with special needs who wears a diaper. His school went to the Star Theater today for a field trip. There was absolutely no place in the building to change him. No changing table, counter in the bathroom that can be utilized to change a child, or any place other than the floor.
