At first I was very skeptical as all the reviews were 5-6 years old. We did the zip line for the whole family. My little one is 6 but very light and this is the only zip line small enough for her. We still had an amazing time. Its was perfect for newbies. The tour guides were all very friendly. The zip line comes with complimentary fruit tour. The fruits were delicious.

my family and I had a blast out here! great fruit and some pretty sick plants too. the staff was super chill and did a fantastic job at making us feel comfortable. I also got some dope gopro helmet footage on the zipline and the aqua ball was pretty damn fun! thanks for an awesome time guys! (and mahalo for the papayas👌)

Gaia was an amazing tour guide, super knowledgeable and informative, and very engaging. Gaia kept our crew ranging from 13-32 engaged the entire time.

Shady af. This was years ago but I still think about my experience here everytime I come to visit Maui. We booked the aqua ball and dragon fruit experience and it came with a certain amount of ball runs per person. The staff was very friendly and offered for my young daughter to ride in the ball with me. The whole operation felt very basic and simple, but we had a great time (lots of laughs) and I tipped the staffed generously for their hard work and for allowing my daughter to ride with me.

About 30 minutes after we left, I got a phone call from the staff member apologizing profusely but telling me that she needed to charge for my daughter as an extra person, even though she rode along with me. She said that one of the other staff members found out and told the owner—and the owner wanted us to pay. I asked to talk to the owner and explain that we didn’t exceed our allotted ball runs, but the staff member said that it didn’t matter and if we didn’t pay, it would be deducted from her salary. So I gave her my credit card info and was charged for an extra person.

I don’t know what was really going on but I felt like I got scammed into paying for an extra person when 1) they offered, I didn’t ask and 2) we didn’t exceed the number of runs allowed in our package. I am never going back and wanted to share my experience about this...

I would not recommend this ziplining. The cost was $73.00 for the beginner zipline. You had four opportunities to zipline over the same small area and you had to walk back up the original take off platform. It was hot, dusty and expensive for the time spent there and the 2 pieces of dragonfruit that came with the original price. They charged us $10.00 for my husband to stand there and watch and take pictures...which was insane! Then my credit card was charged $20 instead of $10.00 which I had to dispute and have been reimbursed by my credit card company. Paradise did not provide a credit card receipt of any type as they (guys running the zipline) were not near a printer/office. The two guys that worked there were very nice...that and tasting the dragonfruit were the only good things about this 'adventure'. It was difficult to find as well - their sign had been run over and we had to stop a local resident where they were located. Better signage would help in general....

My mom, aunt, and I went ziplining and aqua balling and we had the time of our lives. I had the pleasure of speaking to Crystal one of the owners on the phone before we went and she was so polite and so inviting. We called the day before and she fit all three of us in. When we got there we had people already waiting outside for us and flagging us down. Andrew and Taylor were the people that helped us when we got there. They were so polite and made us feel very welcome. They calmed our nerves, answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. They really love what they do and made us feel like friends visiting the farm. The farm is beautiful and intriguing. Dawn is the farm manager and she walked us to our car and showed us some more beauty about the farm. She was a sweetheart and made us feel so welcome we didn't want to leave! If anyone wants to have a good time I highly suggest you do the combo and hipline and aquaball!!! They are so fun!! Thanks...
