Many homeless druggies camp in the abandoned part of the property. Some building are updated, but about half are abandoned and that's where the drugs are. If you still want to live there, be ready to pay six months rent in advance PLUS deposit and be aware that the property is owned by a group of investors on the mainland and is in legal limbo so may be shut down at any time, and then how are you supposed to get all that money back?...
