REALLY bad, you might be tricked by the coi ponds which are beautiful, but may want to notice the hookers turning tricks at a steady pace in the parking lot. Many homeless druggies camp in the abandoned part of the property. Some building are updated, but about half are abandoned and that's where the drugs are. If you still want to live there, be ready to pay six months rent in advance PLUS deposit and be aware that the property is owned by a group of investors on the mainland and is in legal limbo so may be shut down at any time, and then how are you supposed to get all that money back?...

The positive thing about this place is living near the lake/park. However, the downside is it very pricey with electric/hidden fees. 13-1400 for a studio/box room. First off I have to thank BETH, for helping me get set up here and all the way from Florida she worked with me so when we got here we had a place to stay.
