
Terrible Experience at Mission Hills Golf Course Rushed by Chris and Unfairly Treated
I recently had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting Mission Hills Golf Course for a round of golf, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had on a golf course.
From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed determined to rush us through our round. Despite paying good money and reserving a month in advance to enjoy a leisurely game of golf, we were constantly pressured to move faster and were made to feel like we were inconveniencing the staff with our arrival and pace of play.
To make matters worse, on multiple occasions, we were unfairly and rudely removed from the course for allegedly hitting the ball too slowly or not keeping up with the 2.5 hr courses limit,not to mention the 15 walkers on the course. This heavy-handed approach by the staff was completely unwarranted and left us feeling humiliated and disrespected.
Not only did the staff lack basic courtesy and professionalism, but their actions also ruined what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable day on the course. It is truly disappointing to see a golf course treat its paying customers in such a disrespectful manner.
I would strongly advise against visiting Mission Hills Golf Course if you value being treated with respect and courtesy. The staff's attitude and behavior towards customers are inexcusable, and I will not be returning to this course in the future. Read moreCustomer service was absolute TRASH. If I could leave zero stars I would because that’s what this place deserves. It was the first time ever for some of the members on our team playing the game and to get kicked out of the course for “hitting the ball to slow” was the most cheapest excuse to run people out of the course and not allowing us to finish our last hole. What a great way to leave such a bad experience to people who are trying to learn the game. Chris had an attitude since the moment we got there. Not sure if he didn’t sleep well the night prior but that’s definitely no way to treat people who are paying customers. Chris also said we were taking too long when we had to wait for people ahead of us who were also taking a lot longer than we were. Maybe you should reconsider how you set up your tee times. Chris mentioned that we had taken 3 hours when we hadn’t even been there more than 2.5 hours and were literally on the last hole that would have taken at max 10 mins to complete. Two days ago my friend and I booked a tee time. My friend tried to pay with his credit card and the credit card reader said "approved. " However, the employee said no, I didn't work, try again. My friend tried again. Same thing. My friend even brought up his bank on his phone yes, the transaction showed up and was "pending." The employee said try again. He then threw out his arms and yelled "Do you want to pay or not?!" He said if we get charged on our credit card multiple times that WE have to call our bank to fix it, even though it was HIS system malfunctioning!
I tried paying and the exact same thing happened; the card reader said ," approved," my mobile bank account said" pending, " but the employee still didn't accept our payments.. they also don't accept cash, so we had no other choice.
The man got o angry, he was belligerent and rude. I'm never going back.
