Healdsburg Museum — Attraction in Healdsburg

Great little museum- they currently have the history of volunteer organizations in Healdsburg on display. Likely only about a 30 min stop, but a great way to learn more about the area. They also have various historical Healdsburg postcards, books, and nicknacks for sale. Cute little museum in an old Carnegie Library building. We caught the final day of an exhibit of 1:12 scale models of historical Healdsburg Plaza, buildings, automobiles, and bicycles. Terrific handiwork of a local craftsman and woodworker. Friendly docent gave a brief summary of the exhibit when we arrived. Excellent place to visit if you have sometime.. can take anywhere from 15-60 mins to go thru the entire museum (depending on how much you read). We visited on a hot day to get a break from the sun.. Very close to the plaza
