I just moved to Healdsburg roughly 3 days before everything closed. I had no idea what really was downtown / where to go when I was in DIRE need of getting a foam roller (staying inside due to COVID = working out for the first time in a looonggg time and then getting hurt) and couldn’t for the life of me find one nearby. Finally after a last Hail Mary, I used maps to see if I could scavenge one up. The Healdsburg Running Company popped up and while it does say “temporarily closed” I still called, because why not? And let me tell you, after my hour and a half struggle of searching, Ralph from HRC came to the rescue. He told me they ARE OPEN BUT you need a RESERVATION in order to go into the store. I explained my sitch to him, and he said come on over and just wait outside. When I arrived I noticed Ralph went the extra mile for his potential customer and brought out all the foam rollers / muscle helpers to the front bench. He explained which ones were the best, what muscle group it would be for, and what for myself, would be the best given the different prices. While ringing me up he even told me to use the (very expensive) muscle massage machine to help loosen up my very tight IT band. This company is amazing, I highly recommend going here and making an appointment. If Ralph is there definitely ask for him if possible because you won’t be disappointed. If he’s not, then no worries because I’m more than positive the rest of the employees would be nothing less than superb. Overall they got a 6 out of 5...

Beautiful day in Healdsburg California I'm on the corner of Fitch and matheson Street and it appears that there is an elementary school having a running event. And then there is the Healdsburg running company playing music for the event I'm doing some landscaping across the street and I stopped to notice the lyrics and the music that the gentleman was playing the song with singing about looking up girls' skirts and how girls are freaks and he's a freak and just totally sexual suggestive lyrics so I wouldn't recommend the Healdsburg running company for any school event. I cannot rate this group high enough. I came out from MN for the Lake Sonoma 100k. We checked out their store the day before for packet pickup. They had outstanding products and service. I ran the race and had a great time, but on the way back home we had our car broken into in San Francisco, and had several thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen, including the hat, cup, bib, and stickers from the race. I contacted Sam about it and he shipped these items to be as well as another hat and awesome can cuzzy with it for free. I got these things three days after talking with Sam and Sadie.
