L V Sofa Factory — Attraction in Henderson

After searching for furniture for our new home for a couple of months, on a whim we decided to check out LV Sofa Factory. We had visited multiple furniture stores in the area, often multiple times, and also searched online in search specifically for a recliner that suited our style, comfort, and budget. Unfortunately, we were consistently disappointed.

Upon entering LV Sofa Factory, we were warmly greeted by Beth, who made us feel welcome right away. The store is smaller compared to some of the larger furniture retailers we've visited, which can often feel overwhelming.

Beth is like having your own personal shopper. She is incredibly patient, listens carefully to our preferences, makes suggestions and never feels pushy, all the while respecting our budget.

The quality of the furniture is outstanding, offering great value for money. Both Beth and John were exceptionally helpful and maintained a high level of professionalism during our visit. Additionally, the store provides delivery and setup services, which added to our overall satisfaction.

There was a six piece couch set on sale for around $1000. I was looking for a smaller sofa about 1/2 the size with a chaise lounge (which was one of the pieces on the set). I liked the color but I wanted to know if the lounge could be put on the other side. I was advised that it would be a special order and even though I was only taking 3 of the 6 pieces it was going to be more money. I asked if there was anything they could do or show and I was said that was it. I went and purchased the exact item in the size with a reversible chaise from Macy's for a little more then half of what they wanted. That Sunday there was their ads showing the size couch I wanted with a reversible chase for about what I paid at Macy's. So instead of telling me there were other models that I didn't see on the floor that met what I wanted and making a sale, I ended up buying it at Macy's with out a hassle. The sales people seemed like they didn't wanted to be bothered even when I went one day, went home and thought about it then returned the next day to buy it. I rarely post these things but I will take the time out of my day to leave a deserving review. I was immediately greeted by Scott as I walked in. Furniture stores will typically have sharks that would have very pushy sales personnel but Scott didn't give off that vibe at LV Sofa. He made himself available for questions and explained how the store can help get me the couch that would match best of what I'm looking for feel wise, size, availability, and affordability. He didn't hover over me to push me one way or another. He allowed me to look around but made himself available for questions when needed, worked with me on materials and more importantly, fair pricing. Another personnelfrom the store Beth also made herself available to assist as I roamed around to pick the couch I'm looking for to match current design and layout of my house. Store owner, John was even present to provide his assistance. Overall amazing experience! Honestly didn't really expect to walk out with a purchase.
