LandyLane Boutique Inc. — Attraction in Henderson

Very disappointed with this store. I ordered a plaid handbag from them online. I live out of state and clearly filled in a shipping address. I did not choose in store pick up but the billing company website they use to set up orders and collect payments was unclear and indicated an in store pick up. When I approved the purchase it clearly indicated free shipping. The store contacted me and wanted to charge for delivery after I had already paid for the item. I asked them to honor the free shipping indicated on the invoice as a courtesy to a new customer because their billing company's web site was unclear. Instead the owner refused and I had to go back and pay again for shipping. Do yourself a favor and check on Esty for personalized items first before buying from here. Esty is very good with giving free shipping for orders of $50.00 or more and will monogram the item as well. Their payment system is much easier to use. I only bought from Landylane because the plaid print I wanted was out of stock. Sad to assume it is the customers fault and not take responsibility for a mistake by their billing company. When I came to leave a review, I almost felt guilty at the items I have to review about! But here are a few favorites! From clothing, earrings, weather wear and fun drink times, Landy Lane Boutique never leaves me disappointed. I also do not have photos of all my Brumates and 3 KY shirts, I tease that they should be my uniform, but I LOVE them on the Bella T. So thank you Angie and your team for always keeping me in style and comfortable! Being 6ft tall and in 3x tees, its hard to find styles that im comfortable in. Keep up the great work.
