I called this location to confirm how often I could come in with their 6-spray-tan-per-month package. The website clearly states the package includes 6 tans per month, which works out to about every 5 days. Instead of a straightforward answer, the guy I spoke with argued with me and repeatedly insinuated that I’m “not educated” about spray tans because I wanted to come that often. He said, “Well, you shouldn’t need to tan that often if you don’t exfoliate regularly and you’re educated about spray tans” When I explained that I exfoliate several times a week and need consistent color because NOT that my reason is any of his business, he then said, “Maybe this isn’t the place for you.” so let me get this straight—you advertise a package for 6 spray tans per month, but then discourage customers from actually using what they paid for? I don't usually do bad reviews & I waited awhile to write this..BUT it bothered me so bad I feel I have to say I'm all about customer service. That's the buissness I'm in (hence my late response) the owner was remarkably rude, I was new & expected some info about services,prices etc instead I got the most uncomfortable vibe. He acted like he didn't know why I was there...odd..I paid fo 1 session since I was already there. I recently bought the 3 package spray tan for 75, which is a good steal. I am very weary of spray tans as they can turn out looking orange. I exfoliated well the morning before I went. There was a protective lotion provided that I put on between my fingers and toes and on my fingernails. The women who sprayed me was friendly and asked me if I wanted my face sprayed once or twice.
