My son went in and purchased a squishy, he did not realize it was the wrong one until he payed. He tried to exchange it for the one he wanted, which was a few dollars cheaper and the cashier would not exchange and give him his few dollars back, only store credit. He hadn't even left the store, and he is just a kid that made a mistake. He came and got me all upset. I went to the store to try to reason with the cashier to no avail. Not all of it is counterfeit, I've seen some authentic stuff too, you just have to be careful and know how to spot a fake. This knocks off quite a few stars for me, but I do generally enjoy this store- they have a lot of stuff you have a hard time finding elsewhere and a lot of really fun items to look through.
