I’d like to start this review off saying this is going to be a full experience of my night having dinner here on 1/22. Drive up to the restaurant and walk in and see there is about 20 people infront of us so my friend and I decided it would be just as long to order online vs standing in line for that long. So we place an order online got our email, everything was set. My friend and I decided to go in 10 mins before food was said to be ready. Thinking maybe it would be ready. Walk in and see there was a lot of people standing around waiting for their food too so we knew from that point we would be waiting a little bit longer. No worries. We waited and waited and waited. Finally the guy infront of us asked one of the workers cutting the pizzas and handing them to their owners. Im sorry I believe your name was Allen !😅forgive me The older gentleman said”my order was supposed to be ready by 6:30 and it was now 7. So they were still behind. That’s okay at this point we were dedicated and hungry for our pizzas. Still waiting we noticed we still hadn’t gotten our meal. We didn’t understand why. We probably waited an hour but my friend and I didn’t notice because we were just enjoying our night. We sat there long enough the worker Allen, came to us and asked us for our order because he thought it was weird we were still waiting. He kindly came over and apologize and was kind enough to refund our meal and made a fresh pizza for us. We were very thankful and appreciative! We were not in any hurry just we’re hungry for dinner 😂. We finally got our food and Allen also found our old order and gave those pizza to us as well. We were not even expecting anything like that. Again very kind of him! Went on with our night dinner was amazing always fresh and yummy! However the night didnt end there. As my friend and I were leaving I realized I could not find my keys😅 I’m a true blond I must say I could not find them anywhere. Anyways we retraces my steps and still nothing finally I said it’s okay I’ll get my spare and I’ll call tomorrow. An hour goes by I was still waiting for my spare to be dropped off 😅 then I see Allen walking back up to my door and he had the biggest smile on his face ! He found my keys and was so happy to see I was still waiting. I could not explain the joy I had when I saw them! Once again I thanked him for the night and for dinner and for finding my keys! Was a crazy night but he handled it very professionally and caring and respectful! Thank you again! I hope this get you recognize more at work !...

HOWEVER this place lead me to leave a review because of the horrible experience. I placed my order for a pick up at 8:15pm I was told my order should be ready for pick up at 9:15 I get there at 9:10 I was told my order wasn’t s ready so I said cool whatever’s I came in early anyways. 9:20 came around.. I said “hey what’s going on.. “told me they were still working on it, it’s cool it’s busy for them. 9:30 came around I talked to a manger she advised me that there system was giving them issues and they were getting orders in until later Which is cool I understand I work in the same industry I can wait… than 9:50 came around order still not ready I spoke to the a kid up organizing the pizza’s and he let me know the order came in at 9:00 and that it wasn’t there fault because of there system.. which is fine… however it’s been a whole 50 minutes since they got my ticket for my order. It shouldn’t take that long for a simple 11 inch pizza. I than waiting a couple more minutes.. I than requested to speak to a manger and requested a refund she than came and said she will honor my refund however for future reference stay by the area where they set the pizza down, so that way her staff knows to work on it.. basically she’s blaming me for her not being able to control her staff accordingly.. I told her I still don’t understand how it’s my fault when I already spoke to her I already spoke to her staff they knew I was waiting so why didn’t they just hurry my making my pizza. Literally she made no sense… its not about me standing at the right section it’s about her not getting on her staff accordingly and having no control of them. anyways she honored my refund but didn’t offer anything else..it was such waste of time waiting over 50 minutes for a basic pizza that I didn’t even get. I was definitely avoid this place.. A lot of kids that work here that don’t take accountability or have...
Read moreI pick up deliveries here several times per week. Usually there is a 10-15 min wait beyond the estimated pickup time because they are just SO busy during peak dinner periods, no fault of the staff. The employees are typically very polite and friendly to the customers, a bit more cordial to delivery drivers, but never rude. Restrooms are available for drivers, and they are kept clean and stocked.
The only thing that really bothers me however is the lack of preparation that goes into packing delivery orders. Sides, desserts, plastic ware, and packets of parmesean and red pepper flakes are not bagged, secured, or packed in any way - they are all handed over loose and the driver is expected to handle transporting the jumbled pile of stuff on top of the pizza boxes and hoping they don't fall.
And while the balancing act may be annoying, the unsanitary handling of utensils is alarming. Plastic ware is placed loose and uncovered on the box, and if the customer requested napkins, the driver needs to pick them out one by one from a dispenser on the wall. How clean do you think those loose forks and napkins are going to be by the time a driver manages to juggle the tower of loose items back to their car, stuff them all in their hot bag (if they use one),and then unload it all and pile it precariously on a front porch without any kind of packaging?
Please don't misunderstand, I'm not complaining about how difficult it is or that I have to do extra work. I am concerned enough for the health and safety of the customers though to post this PSA. I always make sure I have a generous supply of plastic bags on hand to at least keep these items separate and somewhat protected from the elements/the bottom of my pizza bag/my bare hands, etc. But I do strongly recommend skipping the forks and extra napkin requests when ordering delivery. If you absolutely must have them, you may want to consider at least rinsing the plastic ware before use......
