Tacos & Miches Galleria — Restaurant in Henderson

Went in tonight and placed a $60 to go order and also tipped as well. Got home and noticed 1 of the dishes was missing. I called the restaurant and let them know. I told the employee that I’m about 20-30 minutes away from the restaurant. And I’m going to feed my family what I did receive for now. And I will be back to pick up the missing dish and if they can also make another of that missing dish, fresh. So I would receive a 2nd as compensation for having to drive out for an almost 1 hour round trip drive. She said that’s fine. So after dinner, i called the restaurant to let them know I’m on my way and that I’d be about 25 minutes or so. She then said, ok, but the owner told me that they cannot give me the original one they forgot to give me and that all they can give me is a remade one. I said, no, that won’t work. I’ll just take a refund for the dish I didn’t receive. The owner told her that they have a no refund policy and all they can do is remake the dish for me to pick up. I’m lilr( how can you enforce a no refund policy on an item I never received? Frustrated, I told them, if they refuse to refund the dish, then I will just call my card provider and do a chargeback. It’s sad because the food was actually decent. Kinda pricey for the smaller serving, but it was pretty good. Sad that the owner of the establishment is just unreasonable. Horrible...

My previous review was 5 🌟, I unfortunately have to change it and stop recommending this place to my friends. I have eaten here several times now their fish tacos are just inconsistent. The rest of the taco is fine... the fish is the problem. On different occasions they we're either fried too long, or a second time it looked to be double fried...both of which are bad. Fish being the point of a fish taco, when they are cooked that way it turns to fish jerky. Being from the south I have eaten fried fish a time-or-two so a nice golden brown with bright soft flesh in the middle is perfect. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. I do give them props for having a phone number for any problems you may have on their salsa bar, calling just isn't my thing.

The quesabirria tacos are fine to try but they are a bit greasy and the birria ramen is overrated - the ramen adds nothing of value to the dish and actually takes away from the stars of the dish (the meat and the broth.) Just go for the birria and consome, it'll come with tortillas and toppings (onion, cilantro, lime, salsa) and that is a perfect and authentic Mexican-style meal.

The meat is soooo bomb and the consome/ caldo/ broth is rich and delicous... make a few tacos with the tortillas, then add the rest of the meat to the broth and finish it off that way. The tacos are good with lime, but the broth doesn't need it (don't make the same mistake I did).
