Sbarro Sunset Galleria — Restaurant in Henderson

I eat here from time to time! The food is good! But today was not the best! The girls that were working looked and were acting lazy. The pizza was flimsy and I go there because the pizza is always cooked to perfection. I also love the veggies but the veggies looked over cooked and burnt. I asked if they had any fresh veggies and here we are 5pm not close to closing and the girl says NO!! The chicken wings were okay not the best.They even gave me a couple items wrong. They were limited in the drink selection and I do not like Pepsi. The cashier is usually peppy and she didn’t even smile today so I think maybe she was just having a so so kind of day! Other than that when they aren’t lazy the place is pretty good! I gave a 2 star rating because they could of done better with preparing the food! We pay to eat this food so cook it like it’s supposed...

I was there about 11:30 on a Tuesday, the young lady (Lela) was as helpful and sweet as could be. Food was fresh, well presented and pleasing to the eye, I could not decide. Lela let us know they had just opened and most everything had just been made. I thought I just wanted my go-to Stromboli, but the veggie pizza (which I would normally not order) was calling my name. All I saw was it's juicy looking tomatoes and crunchy looking veggies over fresh, gooey cheese. Also, I couldn't tell what the smell was, but something smelled delicious. After a few moments, I realized it was the sauce, LIKE LITERALLY the sauce from the meatballs. So between the good service and the good looking food, I walked away with a veggie pizza, 2 meatballs and a drink. I will go back to this...

The pizza is absolutely terrible! There’s barely any sauce on the pizza and they take their time getting your order even though the pizza is already pre cooked. The female mangers that work particularly on Sunday nights are rude and don’t have any people skills. The pizza is way over priced and they do that because there rent is very high every month so they rip of the customers to make money for rent and profit. You can get a better slice of pizza at Costco next door for way cheaper and obviously better quality. I do not recommend eating here! 0/0 would definitely avoid this place at all costs.
