My nine year old daughter learned that not all teachers are nice. My daughter learned not to have other people ( her teacher) stop her from enjoying art etc. Her teacher was Karen Letonoff. Karen had a slight nasty edge to her. For example, my daughter was leaving with her smock on and Karen rolled her eyes. On another day, Karen said to another 10 year old student who is our friend that she is suppose to teach pastel class to 11 to 15 year olds and that she is so glad this is her last year. Inappropriate! When I approached Karen if she said that, she was all over the place and then she said “am I getting fired?” “I may have said that.” Again inappropriate and just so wrong!!
