Deauville Beach — Attraction in Rehoboth Beach

This is my absolute favorite local beach! If you’re looking for a laid-back vibe where you can just enjoy the beach, this is the place for you. This is for packing your picnic basket and a book and enjoying all that Mother Nature has to offer.

There’s a parking lot, so you don’t have to worry about running back to your car to feed the meter, with easy access to the beach. You need $20 cash on weekends or $15 during weekdays.

If you’re looking for a boardwalk, it’s a bit of a walk from this area, but it is accessible. It’s just a different atmosphere, and like I said, this is where you go to just enjoy the beach. If you’re looking for a busier vibe with a boardwalk, lots of places to eat, go-karts, and all of that, this may not be the place for you.

This is my second time visiting Rehoboth and first time visiting this location. As a longtime visitor of Wildwood NJ I decided to travel elsewhere. I fell in love with Rehoboth. This location is great. There is free parking after 4pm and closes promptly at 8pm. If coming here you want to be prepared with all of your beach essentials and also have a plan for sand cleanup as there is not much privacy leaving the beach.
