The 2 stars will go for the customer service I suppose, they were really nice ladies over the phone.

As far as the service, quite upset. They said it would be delivered within an hour. When I hung up it was about to be 11am. I got pictures of it being delivered @2:45pm. My arrangement came out to be $88 and was promised they would add Red and Silver Picks and Sticks to make it stand out a bit. I had requested to be sent a picture before it was going out for delivery so I can make sure I approved. As I mentioned above the only pictures I received where as they had it delivered. Too late to remind them to fix it up since I live almost 2 hrs away. It was important for me to deliver the ideal arrangement, that’s why I’m upset. I also thought I mentioned to the lady to use roses and other white flowers to make it a bit fuller. She did mention daisies but I do recall “and other white flowers” besides the daisies. For the amount I paid, this is not what I had in mind.

Nice ladies, but I will not trust ordering anything to be delivered if I’m not physically there.

*so I came back to my sense within just minutes and decided to give them a call back to see if they would do anything to accommodate the situation that I was clearly not happy with. Cecilia took the call and long story short she offered a solution that made more sense to me. I’m yet to see what that’s going to look like but the idea did ease my satisfaction. It truly means a lot for her to have offered that solution as this particular person truly means so much to me and the importance of it being ideal and me approving was Top Notch necessary in my case. Thank you Cecilia!

The Woman that answered the phone came off very pleasent initially and I asked for an arrangment to be shipped to my grandmother. the arrangment was $34.99 I asked her what the shipping would be and she stated an additional 9.95... So I replied oh great so it would only be approx 45.00 ? Her reply was ummm noooo we also charge tax so it would be $50.00. I originally wanted to send flowers to my wife to her school on Friday, Mother’s Day weekend. My wife had to leave early that day and I called and showed up days before the deadline to ask if they can deliver it asap, I even offered to pay extra after I paid $160 for their product. It just seems like they won’t go the extra mile to satisfy a customer with an extra request. On top of all that, I’m typing this review before she even gets the flowers because we changed the date to the next day because they couldn’t do me a huge favor.
