High Tech Marine — Attraction in Hialeah

I called High Tech Marine and Richard answered. I told him I wanted to get a really good sound system in my 31 Contender. I told him what I wanted and he said he’ll get right back to me with pricing and availability. Within 15/20 minutes he called me back. He had everything I needed and we came to an agreement in price. He said I can do the Install in a couple of days. Within 2 days they traveled from Hialeah to Pompano beach to start the install. He said weather permitting it should take a full day with 2 of them. They got there on time at 9:00am like he said he would. They worked on the boat for almost a full 10-11 hours till it was done. I couldn’t be happier with the way my boat sounds and the workmanship and there professionalism. They left the boat immaculate and neat. I HIGHLY recommend Richard and his crew. Great Job Guys....

Exceptional customer service. They came all the way out to Miami Beach to my home to replace 4 JL Audio marine speakers on my little 25 footer m…turns out I measured incorrectly and told them they were either 6.5s or 7.7s and they came out with both sets. And they were 8.8!! 🤦🏽‍♂️ They then sent ANOTHER tech out with the correct speakers and worked on my boat after hours and even fixed an incorrectly tuned amp for me. Richard was a gentleman from my first contact! Anyone else would have said the classic Miami “mañana mañana” or we’ll fix this Monday but he knew I had planned to use the boat this weekend and went above and beyond to make sure it was ready. I had an outstanding experience with Hitech Marine, particularly with Carlos and Michael. Carlos went above and beyond to install various equipment on my boat, including a windlass, amp, radio, speakers, bilge pump switch, batteries, battery switch, anchor light, and trim tab actuators. Remarkably, he completed all the installations in just one day! I dropped off the boat on a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon, everything was done. I picked up the boat on Wednesday. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Michael was also incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. These guys are truly amazing!
