Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hialeah

So, my family was looking to eat some Pizza yesterday night and I made the mistake to go to a poor and no class pizza place named Little Caesars in our way home. I got to the store and I find the MANAGER, a lady in Shorts and tank tops screaming at the entire crew in the unit. The cashier taking my order was nervous and shaking. I called for that MANAGER to stop screaming and she told me that she was calling the police if I would continue talking and at the same time she pointed at me in a loud and desperate tone. I got my pizza and I left. It is very sad that our nationality and roots as Cubans is getting banned because of the majority of Cubans coming from the island with no clue of culture and manners. I can say that at some point i feel embarrassed to say I come from Cuba due to this kind of people ruining our country, cause I bet that they still getting food stamps and are not even citizens....

Came to this location today to take part in the Veteran's Day deals. I have been coming to this location since I can remember so it was a no brainer that I'd come here.

I usually come here and get the 3 meat pizza (so good) when we're in the mood for pizza. Service here is always quick. Sometimes you have to wait for more pizza to be made but who doesn't appreciate a freshly made pizza?! I highly doubt anyone has ever complained about that.

The staff is super nice. There is usually different people when I go in there (as I am not a weekly visitor) and everyone has always been nice to me.

The store itself is always clean. This store is kind of small so they house some of the sodas off to the side. However it isn't in the way or anything like that.

I will certainly continue to frequent...

I just left little Caesars today at 2:25pm April 25 2024. And was attended to by a very unprofessional woman working at the front of the store, I ordered a hot and ready and she pulls out a pizza that looks old, the crust looks dry and hard and the cheese is not oven hot or melted. I asked her for a newer one. She goes to the back with that pizza. And pretends to pull it out of the oven, and she gives me the same exact pizza because when I open it, it is old and looks like it's been there for more than an hour. I told her I would make a complaint and she says Go ahead, this is little Caesars not a restaurant. Very rude. I will not be coming to this store again. Managers need to train these types of workers to actually do their job with courtesy and...
