Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hialeah

Be careful here: night take employees have little tricks when managers are off duty. This is the 2nd time I come and something like this has happened. I ordered $7 worth of food, gave the cashier a $20 bill and she handed me back only $10 with my receipt (checked everything out and was charged correctly just given the wrong change). The employee came back, handed me the food, and when I mentioned my missing change she claimed they didn’t have sufficient change to give me my additional $3 - only then did she ask me if I wanted the change in dimes…umm? Why didn’t she mention this prior to given me my change initially? Or perhaps ask if I wanted some additional menu items to supplement my missing change? I call jr. scammers working the night shifts. For upper management, this occurred on 01/15/2023 around 7:45 pm. I think they are pocketing this money from any car that pays cash. Again, NOT the first time this has happened to me at this location but this will be the last. Very unprofessional staff member here, will not be...

It's really frustrating when you cant understand the people taking your order. I am Mexican and can understand a bit but not speak it. I tried placing a simple order of 2 crunchy tacos and a crunch wrap. The ladies not only yelled at me but started saying they would call the cops because they had no one to take my order. I even tried calling my mother so she could translate my order for me and the manager at this location refused to listen to my mom she closed the window on me. So mean like I was not being rude I asked nicely I tried my best to communicate with them but the way they treated me yelled at me and threatened to call the police ? Like I was on a vacation and dont know the area well and it was just such a horrible experience please fix this. I'm all for everyone being employed but it does not give people the right to not serve people just because they cant speak Spanish...

This Taco Bell is a complete joke. I showed up at 9 PM, well before closing time, only to find that they had already shut everything down and REFUSED to take any more orders. What’s the point of having posted hours if the employees just decide to stop working whenever they feel like it? It’s beyond lazy and unprofessional. If you don’t want to serve customers, maybe don’t work in fast food!

To make things worse, the staff just ignored people knocking on the door and sitting in the drive-thru, pretending like we didn’t exist. No sign, no explanation, nothing—just rude, careless service. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere because this place clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Avoid this location unless you enjoy...
