For the first time a couple of weeks ago I stepped inside this store, so glad I did. I needed balloons for several events in that month. The staff suggested I pay ahead of time and pick up the balloons on the different dates I needed them. LOVE how they catered to my needs. They are also trustworthy as they kept their word. I purchased a set of 5 balloons, one big round happy birthday, two round small happy birthday, and two red stars. The material is cheap and does not last inflated!!! I got them around 5pm yesterday and by this morning they were missing helium. I called to get a refund and the guy all he said was the temperature impacts the balloons l, seriously 😳 or to take them back to put more helium in them. Will definitely not be going...
