While my nails turned out looking very nice, I unfortunately had a rather painful experience. I don’t think you have to be trained to know when something hurts, and I don’t think this should have hurt how it did. I got both a pedicure and a full set. I was not relaxed because of how painful the massage and whole process was. When he cut my cuticles, unfortunately he nipped the skin that was alive multiple times. He did not bother to shape my nails, and I didn’t say anything because I thought he would come back to it. During my nails, he got acrylic on my fingers and decided to not only file my skin, but also drill under my nails to the point of it hurting. It was my fault for not saying anything, however, I felt like he did not care about being there, and had no interest in doing my nails. I didn’t find him very polite, and he later fell asleep in the pedicure chair. I hesitated to give a low rating, because I went with other people and their experience was good, the girl that did my friends nails did a wonderful job and she left feeling refreshed, it unfortunately, it was not the case for me. I am also wondering now if proper disinfection practices were taken with his tools. I also had to fix the shape of my nails because he only shaped them with scissors, and he put the wrong...
Read moreI have been getting my nails done with one product (Acrylic, shellac, gel ect) or another for well over 20 years. My usual salon was booked out until next week so I decided to try somewhere new and I have to say that I am impressed! I'm super picky about my nails and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. I typically have an Acrylic fill with a shellac manicure I decided to try the dip manicure this time and all I can say is wow. BEST THING EVER!! The gentleman that did my nail was very professional and gentle. He took his time getting the Acrylic off of my nail. No pain and no damaged nails!! I will definitely be going back and have found my new salon!

They do take walk ins but I recommend making an appointment as they are...
Read moreI went in to get my shellac nails off,on the phone she told me that they soak them off, when I got there the gentleman (trust me there was nothing gentle about him) ripped my nails off with another nail,I told him it hurt and the lady owner was sitting right next to us,and she did nothing and he just kept ripping them off,he cut the side of my left thumb,it was bleeding, he did nothing for it. I told him I want a manicure cause my nails looked like crap, but no color. He went to the sink put water in a bowl, told me to put both hands in (fingers) they didn't even soak 1 minute. When I left my nails weren't even at all.I could have done what he did at home and not paid $30.I asked the lady owner if this is how my nails were supposed to look and she said just go put some clear coat on them. I didn't want to give them any stars,I will never go back there and i thought i found a good place to go, I went there to get my nails done before. I had to go home and fix my...
