I almost thought this place was getting their act together. Typically everything is sub par, but it’s fast food and I am usually annoyed, but accept it and move on. This time is a bit different because of the principle and lack of communication or fallow through by this location. Last week I placed an order and drive off without checking my bag. Once I got to my destination I opened the bag and found the wrong order inside. I called the establishment and explained the situation, and explained I wasn’t given a receipt. They took my name and told me it would be fixed next time I came in. I showed up today and explained the situation when Brandy told me that they would not be honoring it because I don’t remember who I spoke to, and I didn’t have a receipt. She then implied I was trying to scam them out of food. I ordered a whopper mean which was $11.12, and received a chicken sandwich and small fry. I’m not worried about the money. It’s about the principle that they would rather lose a customer and essentially call me a liar, than correct their mistake. Based on the rating of the store, and all the complaints, who is more likely to be in the wrong here? The working man that shows up in a nice car, or the establishment that is known locally for their mistakes? The audacity and attitude presented by Brandy is the entire reason I decided to take the time out of my day to write this review. So, Brandy, maybe take some accountability for the staff you are responsible for, and take some time to refresh your customer service training. Might I recommend reading “raving fans” or...
Read moreI usually stop into this location for lunch once or twice a week, I work near by. Until I started working down in the area I had avoided Burger Kings in my area, they are always terrible. This location has been great for the most part until recently. The red headed girl with glasses at the window made this trip miserable and I will hesitate to come back now. They used to have friendly staff, this girl was the exact opposite. Rude, unfriendly, dismissive were just a few things I experienced with her. When I pulled up to the window I asked for ketchup. She gave a frustrated look , nodded, rolled her eyes and turned around without saying anything. Ok no big deal. She sat with her back toward me, while on her phone and sipping from her cup. When she finally handed me my food, I asked if the ketchup was in there. She grunted, rolled her eyes and rudely said yes and slammed the window. I'm sorry but if you are running the window, you should be a bit more friendly. The food left something to be desired this time. the burger seemed like it had sat around for hours, the bread hard. I tried to send a customer comment to them. No response. Its clear this location ownership doesn't care about the quality of food or how the customers have been treated. Read moreI went here for my 8 pm lunch break and ordered a bk fish. They had to drop it, so they told me to pull to the double doors. I waited and waited while they were handing out orders left and right, so I decided to go in. On my way in, the guy that took my order was headed out with a bag of food. I thought it was mine, but it was for the car that pulled up behind me 2 or 3 minutes prior. I was livid at this point. Where was my food? He told me they gave my fish away. I went in the building to wait for my food. He was asking how long for the fish and the people making the food told him it was right there. It was in front of his face. The woman said they dropped the fish like 3 times. The man who took my order said he gave me a large fry instead of a medium like that was going make me feel better about it. Fries are my least favorite of the food I had and I was late getting back to work.
Any other time I go, there is a rude woman taking the orders. They deserve 0 stars but I can't go that low.
