Subway — Restaurant in Highland Charter Township

Waited in line for 15 minutes it must have been some School holiday because all little rotten brats are there ordering their subs changing their minds ordering their subs changing their minds. Alas, the parents didn't give two craploads what their kids are doing just climbing on the front of the case where the meat is stored screaming crying taking potato chips off the rack however, I digres. Two police officers in front of me finally gave up and left. I actually turned and walked out the door with my son and drove to the subway in Milford to get lunch for him and I can guarantee you we were still out the door faster it's not really the employees faults as they're sitting there trying to navigate all these crying screaming kids but it was lunch hour and it was backed up out the door. I really wish Groves pizza was still back in this retail space. I'm sure I will never see it in my lifetime. P. S. Can somebody help tell me why parents suck so bad these days...

Went in there yesterday and service was a turn away. It Is clear when you enter that they do not want to work, talking loudly and Rude about customers as they are sitting there eating. I had a order of 5 sandwiches and when I told the worker Kevin, he started swearing and getting angry if the sandwich even had to be toasted. To add to it they all started loudly saying "does anyone cook for Christmas you should all be eating left overs why are you here" in a rude manner. The employees especially Kevin made it obvious they did not want to work to the point where I was worried to ask for something thinking it might upset him even more. It's definitely a turn away for customers to be having them talk about them while they eat and feel like they shouldn't even be there because they don't...

They ALWAYS have to mess up an order SOMEHOW. This time, I got charged for 2 bags of chips, but when my order got picked up & dropped off to me, there were no chips in the bag. If customers are possibly supposed to "help themselves", maybe you should let the customers know. It was only $3 wasted, but that just adds on to the other times they've MESSED UP!! Hire more competent employees.

4/22/24: I ordered 2 subs on the app, with veggie toppings. My CLUB had turkey, ham, & cheese on it. The other sub just meat & cheese. Totally unacceptable!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! If you buy from this store online, OPEN YOUR SANDWICHES IN!! THE!! STORE!! when you pick them up. They ALWAYS mess up at the HIGHLAND, MI location at DUCK LK RD...
