When I called for availability they were able to see me right away. Once I arrived with my boyfriend we were greeted very politely and led to our respective rooms for our 30 minute massages. The massage I received was great, my masseuse was a great listener as she focused on my lower back as I requested. Overall, she did a fantastic job applying good consistent pressure, and I appreciated her attention and care of the pain in my lower back. My boyfriend also felt more relaxed after his massage. He had issues with his neck and he felt his masseuse was able to loosen his knots significantly. The ladies there were very kind and polite. I don't think it's fair to leave a review for a service you did not receive so this is not because my results were bad, but I just called for the 1st time now to make an appt. And although they had availability for the same day, the way the call was answered, first of all was like someone at their house picked up saying hello? I had to ask after several hellos if this was the business I was calling. We had a very hard time understanding each other and she was getting frustrated. I have had a great deal of difficulty with my surgically repaired leg. Lisa got in there and broke up those adhesion's/scar tissue as soon as she started working on me. I requested a hard and deep massage on my leg and she was right on it. She really got in there. It hurt a bit while she was doing it--but that was what I requested and she complied.
