Hello from Lester's "Smitty" Smith, just would like you to know I had the best strawberry shortcake Sunday a long while at this location that's why I gave them🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stars service was great lines were long but they went fast homemade ice cream taste like wonderful I'm definitely going to go back and get more at this location the way I like it only one thing I didn't like that's why they didn't get five stars is cash only and the sign once again I had this problem somewhere else when you got to the window there was a small sign of sizes of a matchbook cover said no cash !!!!! Sorry it was so good I didn't have time to take a photo. Lol! It's DELICIOUS!!! Taste homemade and cared for. The cookie n cream is unlike any other we've tasted. Almost like a old school, churned, buttermilk ice cream with chocolate crumbled cookies (OMG it's the best we've had!). The banana boat was like watching a work of art as the man made it right before our eyes. I was bummed at first that I didn't get chocolate syrup but you don't even need it. It was perfect all on its own. Ice cream was very cold. So cold I froze my fingers but didn't care because I couldn't stop eatting it. Lol! Price for a date of 2 was $14 for a banana boat and cone ice cream (Note: CASH ONLY / No Cards). But most creamery places in Jersey (north or central) is this pricey now n days. i’ve been here before and never had too many issues. but, i came here last night with my friend, and had no clue what to order, so i asked for some samples of ice cream that were pretty mid and when i asked her for the second sample, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and sighed and aggressively said, “are you gonna get it?” like boi why you acting like that. i work at a ice cream shop and getting a sample is so easy and they weren’t even that busy. i got the sample and it wasn’t great so i went with something completely different, and when i ordered it she rolled her eyes, sighed and scoffed again. it wasn’t like i asked her to drop on the floor and do 500 push ups or was screaming and cursing, i kindly asked for everything because i work in food service so i want the same in return. just saying, i probably won’t ever be giving this place my business again, and if you don’t want this rude lady to ruin your night, i’d go...
