Frozen Falls Tube Park — Attraction in Highlands

Avoid at all cost- Reserved a 1.75 hour session of snow tubing at 10am. They did not allow access to get in line and get tubes until well after 10:30. They were still plowing and setting up the lanes. The lift/carpet was also broken. It was after 11:15 before we had our first run. At 12, the next group came and they would not allow us to stay over to make up for the time we lost. We got to go down the hill 3 times. Total waste of time and money. People in the office would not offer refund and were rude. I wish I could leave less...
