We had the worst customer service experience visiting resort. Debbie Bryson in recreation center has absolutely no skills dealing with customers and is trying really hard to make the full experience of visiting the center as misarable as she can. She terrified our little kid due to her complete inability to use common sense and our son cried all the way back home.
Resort definitely needs to take closer look at security tape of how Debbie deals with customers. We are well acquinted with several families who visited resort and everybody is in consensus about Debbie. Everybody remembers her and unfortunately she acts like a public figure of the resort. Our son was literally begging us not to go back again. Its definitely not the way any family should be starting the vacation.
Next time we will tape our interactions with Debbie and can post it on the resort’s Facebook page if resorts needs any evidence of bad Debbie deals with customers. She can and strives on ruining families vacations and I would definitely encourage resort of either retrain Debbie (likely not possible) or provide her with another opportunity where she doesn’t have to deal with customers. Read moreThis place in my opinion was awful. I came up with a friends family and stayed with his grandparents who own property in said resort. We got up on a saturday wich was absolutely crowded with obnoxious people. The event was for a porter potty race wich was kind of a let down. After that we retired to our cabin, and planned to ski the next day. However after we filled out our stuff waited an hour and thirty minutes in line we were turned away because they didnt have equipment. They didnt care if you were a resident of the resort or held an amenity card it was first come first serve. Since there was nothing to do up there everyone flocked to ski. So we headed home. Over all 2 stars because horrible customer service and to crowded. If your going to run a resort at least make sure members are served first. Then go for the public. The resort should have had enough equipment in the first place. Also the signal for any phone company is jack squat it will say you have 4g LTE but it will act as if you have one bar of service. Read moreA bit run down but I like it here. They have an indoor pool and hot tub. There are 3 really good restaurants within walking distance. A play ground.
Staff is really nice.
The first time we stayed, our room was really clean. The second time, our carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. The sofa had dirt or sand on it. There were sticky cup marks on the nightstand. I was surprised because Wyndham usually keeps their rooms impeccable!
We stayed in the one bedroom where the tv and sofa were on the top level and the kitchen and bedroom and bathroom were on the lower level. There is a small deck to with a siding glass door too. Which is nice. It’s super cozy!
Bring your fire stick and you can plug it into the HDMI. Wi-Fi is pretty good and you’ll need to connect to get access to you apps.
Parking is tight.
