GameStop — Attraction in Hillsborough Township

So I went to Gamestop to get a case for my daughter. She picked one and we went to stand in the line. There was 2 guys in front of us. One guy left And my daughter was the second in the line and that point, store was empty. This guy took his sweet time helping the other person. Took 10min to ring him in. In the meanwhile, 2 people come in and picked quickly their games and formed a line on the other side. This guy helping the first customer for 10 minutes multiple times came to eye to eye with me and my daughter. Then finally he is done with them and my daughter walks in. The other 2 customer dont even attempt to walk in as they know we were in the line before they even got to the store. This GameStop employee looks at my daughter and just ignore her. She was right in front of him and ask the other guy can come to pay now. I said we been here for 10 min. And he said the line is on the other side. You seeing us for 10 min and dont open your damn mouth to tell us line forms on the other side. There is no sign or anything pointing to the line. Then he had a rude attitude and explaining us with an attitude how we are on the wrong side of the line. But when he saw me mad, he decided to say, ok I will take you for this time. Like giving me a favor. I told to him he can keep the Nintendo case and left. Now I understand why GameStop is bankrupting....

Just got kicked out without any prior warnings because I gave my girlfriend a kiss. We were shopping and planning on buying items, shared a few brief pecks while we were in the store but nothing extreme and were mostly spending our time shopping. It would be one thing if we had been told we were making anyone uncomfortable - we would have agreed to stop - but we were never told anything until the man behind the counter raised his voice at us telling us to leave. I have been a customer of this GameStop for several years and never been treated so disrespectfully over something so minor that could have been solved with simple conversation. I had been just about to make my purchase too so if he was so upset he could have waited about 30 seconds for us to leave, but that’s alright there are other GameStops...

I've been shopping at this GameStop since it was an EB Games. Through the years it's always been a consistent experience with friendly staff (such as Dan or Michaela,) and fair and reasonable prices on games and trade-ins.

I don't feel like I get the same treatment elsewhere and can honestly say that the people who work at this location are more friends/family than they are employees.

They almost always have what I'm looking for and if they don't have it know where to find it. There was one time that the only copy of a game I was looking for was located in Florida and they had it shipped in for me to purchase. I have never had that experience anywhere else. Thank-you GameStop Hillsborough for everything and despite now living 30 minutes away, will make the trip to this store for...
