I had a terrible experience here. I called several times to ask to put an item on hold that I saw yesterday. I described the item, the location and the price (mind you it’s the only item like it, and at its price) and the answer I got was that it’s hard to find things based off a description over the phone. That’s understandable but you could still try to find it. I’ve worked at several other retail stores as a manager, and the least I do is try to find the item for the customer. But, he didn’t try, I spoke to the manager and he said that I should have asked for him and that it was literally just sold. The Indian store manager talked down on my toddler brother "don't take, you have to buy it first" accusing him of stealing then as I was purchasing a few items the cashier was checking underneath a clearance tag, which was weird because she did not do this to previous customers, but before all of this there were two employees constantly following my sister and I around the store.
