This Game stop is horrible with employees who have no clue what they are doing and management is more clueless and rude Arrived at store to pick up my sons and daughters pre order system Manager says can only pick up one not both up even though I have ID and both cell phones that the accounts are under and states I must also pick it up tonight with my son present who is 13 and has no id he also states they close at 9pm So i return with my son at 745 and they completely messed up the order charged more than was suppose to for a system and games then can not figure out what went wrong or how they charged me an extra 105. I will tell u they rang the warranty up separate and did not subtract the money I put down but the employees could not figure it out so I spent 2 hours in store and still no answer asked for a complete refund and could not do that so i overpaid now and have like 5 receipts with all different amounts now i need to contact cooperate to get this resolved STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAMESTOP been to many gamestops by far the worst !!!

Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service, deceptive tactics, lazy employees. I arrived to this GameStop at around 8:06pm 1/17/2025. The female employee immediately looks at me then tells the customer she is servicing “ see I told you someone else would come with a trade in”. Then about 10 min later she asks me if I can just come back tomorrow but keep in mind closing isn’t until 9pm so maybe she was just trying to get a head start on leaving I’m going home ( I was not the only customer in the store there was at least 3 people behind me.)Since i waited that long I decided to go through the process and she attempts to rip the plates off the side of my PS5 and all I said was “if you break it you buy it”. So she angrily says then I’m just going to mark it defective because of dust. Then she checks and makes sure the system worked which it did minus stick drift on my controller. I ended up trading in at another GameStop for full value since it was obvious she was just angry she had to process a console trade in 30min before closing. They take your trade in and give you less money that your trade-in is worth and give you less money before telling you what they are giving you, but before you have a chance to change your mind about the trade-in they ring up the trade-in then they tell the customer that it’s too late they already rang up the trade-in and they cannot undo the transaction.
