NEW Golden Dragon Restaurant Inc — Restaurant in Hillside

I saw previous reviews but decided to take a chance on them. Some peoples experiences are not always others. BIG MISTAKE! To put it mildly the customer service sucks!! It was okay at first but IT SUCKS NOW! The food is pleasant and I've ordered from them in times past. HOWEVER when I call and you are rude to me and act like you are doing me some great favor by showing up to work and preparing some food it's a wrap with me. IM Soooo done with this place and to add insult to injury you ask me flat out WHAT YOU WANT when I call good food or not all bets are off. You are not the only place in the city who cooks can prepare good Chinese food. So I advise everyone to AVOID this place and take your money elsewhere and get good service with good food. Afterall, why should you have to choose between the two? Whether good or bad food. When it is consumed it all gets digested but good food isn't so good when I'm being disrespected just for having the pleasure of eating it. So Golden Dragon in Hillside New Jersey has lost my patronage. THEY REALLY NEED TO BE NICER TO PEOPLE!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR DRIVERS ARE GETTING TIPS AND THE SUCCESS OF YOUR RESTAURANT DEPENDS ON THE PEOPLE WHO EAT FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!! P.S. I would of gave negative or 0 stars on them but Google doesn't have that option. Google rocks though and thank you for allowing people to inform the public about businesses. If I can give it zero stars I would. I never write bad reviews but let me First start with the lady who is at the front is extremely rude and nasty. I came to pick up a order for delivery for one of my costumers who requested extra sauce as per request I need to fulfill what my client wants. She literally got mad I got more then 5 sauces when no sign or nothing said otherwise. Instead of treating your clients with attitude state it clearly with out the faces and rolling of eyes. Disgusting service, disgusting everything. Believe the reviews. Don’t spend your money on this place. And don’t care for a lame reply I don’t wanna hear it. I never had anybody treat me with such attitude just because I didn’t know they had “ policy rules on their sauces “ Literally once again DISGUSTING. This is only a last resort place to go when you are starving and when Mcdonalds is not a option in Hillside. They treat everybody like trash even on phone and in person. Their philosophy is if your hungry you come eat here, if not then no. They stay open a little later then the other chinese restaurants to get the desperate hungry diners. But they are so rude and literally their philosophy is take it or leave it. If your hungary you order and take our rude treatment. If the energy is negative I won't eat. This place business philosophy is so backwards and must learn to have a little customer service and not yell at people for ordering food.
