I drive from brooklyn N.Y to N.J to stop at this store and a few others. We purchase a coat and realized there was no belt. We asked to exchange for the exact same coat with a belt. No price adjustment, no refunds just the same coat with a belt. The employee was nasty. I said we traveled from brooklyn so we are out of the 7 day return window. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that “that doesnt change the policy”. These items are bid on from stores like macys and sold at discount. Good prices. But the security personnel are really Anal. The don't know how to speak with the customer. They think because they have a uniform they are gifts from God but they need a lot of teaching on how to communicate with customers. But I've been buying from Ross for over 5 years and this store is the first time I've witnessed this behavior.
