I received my Loungefly Pastel Pokemon Starters order last night and I must say I’m in love! I wasn’t able to do the placement selection as I was about a week late into the game. But somehow they still sent me the two perfect placements that I wanted so I swear they’re psychics or wizards even (peep the lounging charmander on the top and looking-up pikachu on the front pocket). It was really nice of them to do placement requests for their customers and take the time to pick out the bags. They also spoiled us more and included some free pins with pikachu, squirtle, bulbasaur, and charmander on them! The packaging was all secure and protective with tracked shipping via ups. They were good about posting updates on their social media about the preorders and answered the questions I had really fast. I got my pastel Pokémon Loungefly in from Green Lotus Dreams today it was absolutely beautiful. They did exactly like I asked and chose the bag with Pikachu on the front. Might I add that this bag was an all over print and they didn’t have to take the time to pick one that had the Pikachu on the front pocket. When I received the bag I was pleasantly surprised to find it neatly wrapped in tissue paper with a Pikachu sticker keeping it wrapped around the backpack it also had a pin set of each of the four Pokémon on the bag. The special touches to the packaging was so sweet. It also had bubble wrap to keep the bag safe for shipping. The team from Green Lotus goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. Excellent customer service and good prices for those of us who have their own collections. I'm going to enjoy showing off my items from them @thefantasticalfive. Product was 10/10 mint and packaged very safe for its fast shipping. I like the fact that they don't let people take advantage of their great prices with restrictions on amounts per item. Its hard to find certain collectibles due to people buying everything up and reselling at outrageous prices elsewhere. I'm glad I found these guys while searching for my Lance Funko Pop.
