Great place! I've been vegan for 13+ years and I was not set on the change of environment when I moved here. As there aren't many healthy places to eat and the health food stores are in Richmond Hill and Savannah. This place was a jewel that I'd found while looking for places to shop. Very reasonable and they ALWAYS have sales going on. The sales fluctuate as far as merchandise but I'm in there just about every other day or at least 3 times a week looking for the new sale items. This is a neat little store. It is chock full of Natural and Organic grocery products and health & wellness products.

I spent a bit of time looking around and found a few things that interested me in the closeout bin plus some nice snacks for my return trip to Jacksonville.

In the back there's a small deli with various daily soups, sandwiches and wraps. There's more, but I wasn't looking for those things then.

They also helped me out with a water dish for Sasha, my Shih Tzu traveling companion.

Nice, friendly staff and a wide variety of products. I see why the store has been open about 40 years.

12/10 this little spot is just a hidden treasure they sale a little bit of everything of healthy options plant based & vegan. They a restaurant inside with a lot of healthy food I tried their green juice and is freshly made when you order loved it, I also got a smoothie that was really good and you have to try their breakfast wrap is just a piece of heaven fell in love with it!
