Hello my name is Anthony D.howard ,jr I am a everyday gamer and working man I have established an excellent repore with the staff at hinesville gamestop... tonight I went to get a simple return within my seven days like usual, without a receipt I might add cause I'm a regular and they dont mind..I was offered 17.00 for my return value then 51.00witch was fine upon returning to the counter the lady associate CHRIS told me with a sarcastic attitude that I was given to much and said I cant help you without a receipt before getting upset I stated ok let's finish the transaction because I have a preorder game just take the money from there ,rather than just doing so she stated with a little saltiness I'm just doing what the computer says you dont have to get mad at me to the point to where another customer made a snide remark and another incident was on the brink of erupting....5 year customer at this game stop ELITE MEMBERSHIP for what its worth.Iwill not go to the register where CHRIS is anymore she had a all around attitude that I felt during my whole return..please I have always had good days here would like better customer care from this young lady Good day,Game stop GODS HOPE THIS...

I was being asked 21 questions by what appeared to be a female employee with colorful hair and looked at as if I stole someone else's system and was selling it. She than tried to charge me for a missing controller cable that cost 1.99. 🤣 when I was literally giving them with my barely used pS5 two controllers, 2 popular games, and all other cords. Only thing missing was a charger cord to charge the controller, lol. Which we all have laying around our homes now N days. Then, her rude coworker attempted to ACT like she was kicking me out, when I CLEARLY SAID- Give Me My Stuff Back- I don't need yalls lil money or business and I'm out. She proceeded to tell me and they DONT NEED MINE!🤣🤣From how EMPTY the STORE is and the latest reviews, CLEARLY management needs to change some things around. These woman were RUDE to a Veteran because I was selling my game system and then tried to downplay her coworkers attitude and rudeness and again FAKE kick me out! Bad Bad Customer Service and vowing to NEVER allow myself or the people close to me give this Company anymore business....
Read moreJohn is the manager at this store DONOT go here. How and why would GAMESTOP make this man a manager. I felt totally disrespected going there and speaking with him. I was only changing out a controller that I have warranty on and he says u have to have the original packaging. I told John I’ve been here before and this is the first I’m hearing of this. John’s then says well I’m telling you that’s the policy. John then asked for my phone number to look me up in the system and lo and behold I said the number to fast for JOHN and he told me to take it somewhere else. Cool I leave then return and asked JOHN for the store number he says 102 after going back and forth with me for a second. I now proceed to call corporate who tells me that there is no sick policy in place that I would be getting a pre owned controller back and it’s not in its original packing so we don’t ask for it on returns. So now JOHN has made up his own policy for customers he decided that he wants to give a hard time …I will continue to contact there district manager until this issue is resolved…but until then DONOT spend your money at...
