UPDATE I am not sure if some of the staff or management has changed but customer service has gotten better. Staff is friendlier and more personable.
So I have been coming to this location since I moved here in 2022. There are about 2 maybe 3 nice people. You would think they would acknowledge people that are return customers. Not necessarily by name but a "Nice to see you again" or "Thank you for coming back" but nothing. Not only that but they don't seem to make the drink the same depending on who is making it. It's a simple drink. I don't make it complicated. This last visit was the straw that broke the camels back. Ordered online. Went in to the store to pick it up and was waiting 15-20 minutes before I finally walked up and asked for my drink as people after me were getting theirs. It was sitting behind the counter for some reason. The rude barista asked me if I ordered through the drive through and she even looked at the sticker and saw it was mobile order in store. When handing me, my now luke warm coffee, she didn't even apologize. She tried to make it out to be my fault and then when it wasn't, she didn't even acknowledge their error. Now with the recent increase in prices, not worth it. I am sure my measly one drink, that I will now not be getting from them, won't phase them but shame on Starbucks for allowing shi**y customer service when people pay as much as they do for your subpar drinks and food. Drinks always taste amazing but for the past two or three weeks… my normal brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, taste absolutely horrible. I’ve noticed that it’s the same barista lately who makes the drinks. I have yet to catch her name… but I even have went back and got it remade and she still didn’t make it right. When you get the same thing almost everyday for years straight and spent $9 on it, it’s very disappointing when you feel like you can’t come back anymore bc they aren’t making the drink correctly… not to mention I always also get salted caramel cold foam on my drink…. Once again never had an issue. But with this same barista it’s never correct …. The taste and color is obviously off… idk if she’s still learning or she’s putting the wrong thing or not enough of something but it’s white not light brown like it usually is and tasted plain and sour, something was definitely off… when I went back the next day I got a frappé thinking it would be a better experience bc how can you mess up that ? Well they did, chunks of ice, watery and milky tasting, no flavor, nor sweetness nor coffee taste…..even tasted the same after asking for it to be remade …. I just want the old baristas back …. Read moreWorst Starbucks experience, ever! I want to give -5 stars. Made a mobile order at 6:50pm, with notice it would be ready at 6:58. By 7:10pm, my order was still not made & I watched people who had ordered at the counter after my arrival, get their orders filled before my mobile order at 6:50pm. I was a little angry, when the shift leader said she was giving me a refund and I asked where's my coffee. Her flippant excuse was, "We're kind of busy, and if you want a coffee, you'll have to wait until all these others are filled." I looked, and by this time they had maybe 10 orders from the drive-thru & counter orders. Absolutely unbelievable response and service! I asked why my coffee should wait another 10-15 minutes, when thru their fault they just hadn't gotten around to making my coffee after ordering 20minutes prior. Her response was simply, "We're very busy". Worst service, ever, from a Starbucks domestic or international. I will not visit or recommend this location, ever. Oh, and I never got my coffee.
