Me and my friend were starving late at night had just got out of work & I said let's go to Panda Express. We got there a 9:45pm, on google it says it is open till 10:30 today 05/22 on a Monday not Friday not the weekend Monday. We went up to the order menu and ordered two panda bowls one with chow main and orange chicken one with double orange chicken then they said we'll do the plate because it makes more sense. & that's fine They said we are out of chow main.. I mean I doubt they were out they probably were not making anymore because it was late but for real to say you are out? Like c'mon now we're not dumb. So whatever I got fried rice because I had to choose on of the other two options. It came out to 14$ something dollars. We pulled up behind two other cars ( that were there when we pulled into the shopping center, so they have been sitting there for at least 10 minutes) so we pull up behind wait for another 5 to 10 minutes.. so we get to the window and tell us they don't have enough orange chicken for your order meaning one of the orders... you'd think right? So she proceeds to tell us that someone two cars ahead of you that didn't want to wait (which I get, it took FOREVER) & it was a panda bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. So I was like I guess if it's the same thing sure so we grab our stuff leave and get home grab the food packages out of the bag and there are two panda bowls which whatever fine we didn't mind the double chicken being in a bowl I just thought it was weird cause the recommended the plate anyway we open both open up our bowls and we both have a skimpy amount of rice and five YES FIVE pieces of orange chicken in our bowl. Super small pieces of orange chicken. My friend doesn't even like fried rice.. so they literally paid for five pieces of orange chicken. & they didn't even let us know it was like that they rang us out and sent us on our way just to get us out of the drive thru. If there was a manager there tonight on 05/22 on the closing shift they should be fired. I'm not unrealistic I know it's not fine dining but I'm 120lbs and it doesn't take a lot to fill me up& I was still really hungry after....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came through the drive-thru to pickup my family feast with an order of spring rolls. I got the usual girl: blondish hair, glasses, and is ALWAYS rude. I usually just ignore her. After waiting a moment she handed me my family feast box and just slammed the window. I looked in it for my spring rolls and saw a la carte boxes and teriyaki packets. So I thought she must be getting the spring rolls. She opens the window a short moment later and says āanything else?ā I told her I was waiting on the spring rolls and she says they are in the box and I laughed and so oh let me check cause I mustāve not looked good enough. Well there they were, shoved up under the boxes. I said oh Iām sorry you didnāt say anything to me, or a thank you, and I didnāt see them so I thought you were grabbing them. She slammed the window as I was finishing that sentence and I just drove off. I hate when she runs the drive-thru, and we all know it doesnāt matter how Panda Express employees treat their customers as long as they have a good drive through average time. Specifically below one minute and 30 seconds from the time you pull up to order to the time you get your food and pull away. They love to get pushy when you are taking up time. Itās very unfortunate. Since she slammed the window on me, mid-sentence, I didnāt get any napkins, silverware, or fortune cookies that was specifically requested as it shows on the receipt. But again, what ever keeps that drive...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNormally we eat Panda on base but Today I visited the Hinesville location. Me and my daughter went in and received a warm and friendly welcome by the staff. They were in the process of cooking fresh food so we told them it was okay to wait. When the dishes started to come up, Joshua asked were we ready to order. It was a gentleman in front of us that was a little unruly and I told Josh that I believe he was first and he can go ahead. Josh apologized and handled the situation very professional. I assured the man that it was a mistake and that he could go first. The man became very upset and left. Josh literally kept his composure with a smile and continued to give me great service. I am very appreciative of it. The food was fresh and actually tasted amazing. Kudos to Josh and this location. Individuals like Joshua is what makes a difference. Iāll be...
