Decided to stop here for a pedicure after visiting my parents from Maryland... a big mistake. I called to make an appointment at 1:00. Service wasn’t provided until 1:45. The women who completed my pedicure was extremely nice but, the quality of her work was not good. It’s been a week and the polish on all my toes are already chipping off. The establishment doesn’t have prices listed in the salon or on the website. The price for a pedicure was $30. I felt like the price was on the high side for the quality of service provided and the Uncleanliness of the nail salon. I should’ve went with my gut feeling when I noticed all the dust and dirt everywhere but, I decided to give them a try. Never again! Save yourself the trouble and money!

I love Tida’s work! Let’s make that clear!! She was unable to assassinate the nail art I asked for so she ask the male nail-tech for help but he failed. So we redid them… I was still not happy but said F it cause I WAS READY TO GO and still didn’t get my feet done. As I was getting my toes done I noticed my nail art sticker peeling off but I did not want to get it fixed because I WAS READY TO GO after being there for 4 hours. So I insisted that ANN give me a few dollars back and she refused and gave me a hard time… after I explained multiple times how unhappy I was with tears or fury in my eyes she took $5 off. I’m still unhappy, I’m a LOYAL customer and was treated like I don’t spend hundreds of dollars here each visit! So I will not be returning thanks to ANN’s pore...

My usual nail tech is unavailable. I came here off the suggestion of a friend. I stopped the service as soon as she filled my nails OVER TOP of lifting. The lady was more worried about her phone than my nails and it SHOWS. I already cracked a nail, it's not even been a week since the "fill". I will never be going back. I just paid $20 for a "service" that's already Ruining MONTHS worth of growing my nails. The lady also complained cuz it had been the normal 4-6 weeks since I got my nails filled.
