Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Delaware

Very crowded, long line, long wait. I ended up ordering my food on the app while I stood in line and was able to get my food before I would have gotten to the counter. It appears that they may be short, or understaffed. With that being said, the staff was doing the best they could.

**So I went tonight to get the same exact order. I had saved it in the app. The order was placed before I got to the store. When I got there the app said my order was ready but it was not. Eventually I saw someone prepping a meal. She dropped The container of salsa on the floor, rinse it off and proceeded to put it in the bag with the rest of the order. She asked my name, I told her and she handed me the bag. I should have known then that it was not my order because I don't order salsa. I get home, get settled to eat my late dinner and it is not the correct order. It is a sloppily thrown together rice tomatoes peppers and some sort of chicken dish with a side of sour cream guacamole and salsa. My order is a carnitas bowl with black beans peppers and onions corn cheese guacamole and salsa. Additionally, I ordered chips and queso, I guess that's what the salsa was in place of because there's no queso. I contacted support and a sent me a replacement meal in the app. It's 9:45 p.m., I'm not going back out so. My advice, check your order before you...

I ordered a SALAD bowl there today online. I only get a short break for work and needed to run in and out. When I got there my SALAD bowl was ready and in the bag. I grabbed my bag and checked my receipt to make sure it was my order. I then went back to work, ready to enjoy my SALAD bowl that I usually love so much. I get in my office and open my SALAD bowl only to find out there is no SALAD (lettuce) in there. The SALAD dressing was in the bag, so they were well aware it was supposed to be a SALAD bowl. I then called them to tell them my bowl was missing the lettuce only to be told I could just come back. I only get a short break on work and it is not easy for me to "just come back". No apology or nothing. I was asked if i can be reimbursed for the meal I ordered and did not receive and was told "we don't do that here".Its safe to say this is my first and last time at...

I love Chipotle and now I don't have to go to Christiana Mall to get my fix. The reason for my low rating? I've now been there twice and one employee in particular is unbearable. Young kid with the dreadlocks as another reviewer mentioned. On my first visit, he was chatting with his coworkers and completely ignoring me. Finally when he took my order, he stopped in the middle and started chatting again with his coworkers. I chalked it up to a new restaurant with growing pains. My second visit was even worse. The same kid working on the cash register gets into an argument with the guest in front of me. This takes about five minutes (my order was ready and now I'm a hostage) and then after the guest leaves, he starts defending his actions to his peers and ignoring the other guests!
