Delaware State University Wilmington location — Attraction in Hockessin, Delaware

Scheduled to take an exam at this testing center weeks in advance. Less than 24 hours of the scheduled time to take the exam the exam time was cancelled. When i called the exam center the person who answered the phone was very rude and vague. I was just trying to figure out what happened and if i could reschedule my exam for that same location. I had taken off work to take the exam, it would have been nice to have some more notice of the cancellation. The person I spoke to was William. He would not tell me why it was cancelled or if they were even doing other exams at all at that location. He told me to call Pearson to reschedule. I called Pearson and they told me that testing center refused delivery of the exam, so I had to reschedule for a different testing center. I called delaware state university testing center back to ask for a manager. The same person William was on the phone. He would not transfer me. Still being rude and never apologized or took accountability for canceling the exam. Avoid this testing center...

I took a test recently at this facility, and I was really impressed. Tge perdonal is very respectful and polite, and runs everything by the book. I have to admit that at some point, I felt like going through TSA check. There are rules for a reason, and it is your responsibility to be familiar with them before arriving for your test. Testing got canceled because internet doesnt work (really?!) and they didn't even notify in email bur front desk said they did. Now I have to wait for case number from Pearson and wait...
