Moanalua Shopping Center — Attraction in Honolulu

I'm giving this place 5 stars out of convenience. Lots of variety for food, and it's close to damn near everything else. As soon as you land on Oahu, and in need of some grub, this is the winnaz for you! Food varies on what you want, but Koa's pancake house is always a good choice. You always have the usuals (McDees, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Pandas), but you also have Loco Mocos for plate lunch food and Yummys! This particular Yummys (in my opinion) is the best. The sides have more flavor, and everything tastes better than usual. NEX is so close you can smell the ID check, and the MC Golf Course is across the street. Anyway, it's a hub. Nothing more. But definitely nothing less.

This shopping area is near the Navy Exchange (NEX) and military housing/military golf course. It has numerous big box eateries like Basking Robbins, McDonalds, Ruby Tuesdays, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Jamba Juice, Panda Express, Starbucks. There are also local food places like Koa Pancake House and Loco Moco Drive In. Pigtails and Crewcuts are great for kids hair cuts and small birthday parties. We like going here since we have all our potential food options covered in one area.
