This was not my first experience with this Jack in the Box at Moanalua. I had a relatively large order of 10 Breakfast Jacks during my first bad experience with this Jack in the Box. They completed my order, I did not mind the 15 minute wait because I had a relatively large order. The lady over the intercom gave me hassle, telling me I should call in my order because they only had 2 workers. Fast forward to today, I had an even larger order that I was going to place, 20+ Breakfast Jacks. I roll up to the drive-thru intercom and proceed to tell them my order of 20+ Breakfast Jacks. Again, I get the hassle that I should have called in the order and that they only had 2 workers. But here was the catch, I tried to call them 3-4 times and the last time I tried I was just down the road. I also told them that I tried to call because I knew the hassle I got the last time I had a "large" order, guess the response I got to that statement..."We were busy." Guess how many vehicles or people I saw waiting when I rolled up to the drive-thru, NONE. ZIP. ZERO. How were you "busy" then? They also told me that they would make me wait an hour to complete my order because they had to drop and fry the eggs, toast the buns, blah blah blah. I asked again how long I would have to wait and was told, again, they would MAKE me wait an hour because of the size of my order. I then told them no thank...
Read moreI have never in my life waited this long for fast food. I expect at this point to be here for 20min if I want it enough. They have to have multiple cars pull up and wait because they physically cannot go any quicker. I’m not sure if it’s the size of the menu or something else, but it’s quite ridiculous. They also close earlier than listed. I had ordered food on the app because it said they were open another few hours. So I had already paid for the food. I got here and the drive thru was closed, the doors were locked, and I just see a bunch of employees sitting around. One of them saw me try to open the door and finally cracked it to tell me they were closed. I told him I had a mobile order and already paid, he walked away without saying anything so I waited around, he did in fact come back with food 10min later but I didn’t get everything I had paid for. So yeah, in general very disappointing. I only added the second star because they have many options you can’t get elsewhere and the food is pretty good

Read moreThis place has the worst service on average. Usually when I go there, I try to place an order before hand on the app to save time. When I get there, people that order at the store get their food faster than mine and I ordered before hand. It doesn't make any sense to me. Having to prioritize in store orders over mobile orders doesn't make sense to me because I worked in a store with doordash orders that have way more customers in store as well and we still don't have as much holdups as here. You even made it easier on yourself and made in store orders on a tablet so you don't even have to deal with the customers yourself anymore. I don't know why you need to make taking orders easier on yourself when you couldn't handle making them before. Also, the tablet in store doesn't even show deals that are on my app. As of last week, you also can't even make mobile orders. How do you upgrade to a tablet in store that doesn't even take mobile deals or orders. Problems constantly for years. Fix mobile ordering, fix letting us access deals on that useless tablet in store, and then you will have a functional jack in the box.
