I came here the released date of valentines cups. I patiently line up to where the sign “Please Enter here” which the line starts. Thats one of their sign for COVID-19 rules. I waited in that line 10pm January 3rd. 30 mins before they open the baristas start buying cups. Can someone buy something in a store that still close? Well anyway still patiently waiting but then when the barista open the door, she opens the other door that don’t have any sign to enter here or line starts here. So everyone that was behind the line starts running to grab the cups which I understand the excitement. Then the barista open the door where I’m at since 10pm at night for 5am opening. I was sad, mad and concerned at the same time. I ask the barista that open the doors why she didn’t open the door where the line starts? She just answer with attitude she can open any door she wants. I ask her again but there’s a sign there for us to follow due to COVID-19? Then she ask me to leave the store because she caught me trying to take a picture of her name tag. There’s more than 20 people inside the store at that time. No social distancing, They basically break the COVID-19 rules in the store. I ask for the managers number and call her. Read moreI never really complain or write reviews but Friday 5/2 I placed my order on the app. After placing I realized I made a mistake because it would take a lot longer than I expected, immediately I went into the store to ask for my order to be canceled. The barista in the front said she could just bump up the order. I asked if she was sure, she said that it would not be a problem. I trusted it wouldn’t, then another employee that made the drink told me “NeXT TiME yOu sHoULD CheCk thE TiME on tHe ApP BeCaUSE nOw EvEryOne ElsE is WaiTinG” as I walked up to the counter. Listen, it was a genuine mistake, I went in to cancel the order, was told they could bump up the order and it wouldn’t be a problem. I was absolutely okay with them canceling it. The woman that made the drink decided to try and scold me in front of the other people waiting for their orders. I told her I asked for the order to be canceled to begin with. 🤷🏻♀️
I get it, it’s busy you’re stressed but learn to regulate your emotions 😂 … also maybe try and talk to your coworker about not bumping up orders if it is not feasible to do. Stay...

This store is usually my go-to just because they have always been friendly the past couple of years that I’ve ordered here. I always do mobile pick up because I have too many kids to drag in lol, and they’ve always been friendly and everything has always been made perfect.. but lately it seems like it depends on who’s working on if you’ll get that now.
The past few weeks they haven’t been putting whipped cream on our lattes unless I put “extra whip” in the order because my husband won’t ask for it when he picks it up for me anymore after he was told they don’t come with it already on. We also don’t always have time to wait for anything to be fixed. So, putting “extra” has helped with that… but this just seems petty… especially without even getting the full drink that I pay for.
