We have been coming here since the first haircut for both kids but will never be back. They made us wait for 25 minutes while they helped other people before and during our appointment time. They were laughing and joking with these customers, but did not even seem to notice us. No apology, no “excuse me, I’ll be right with you”. They just ignored us. I had to check to make sure we had shown up on the right day and time for our appointment. Finally one stylist started one of my daughters, then left to help everyone else check out at the register for 10 minutes, without saying anything. After 15 minutes, another stylist started cutting my other daughters hair—again without even saying hello. I guess she had been sitting in the chair for a while by then. The two women who cut their hair didn’t smile and talk to my kids like they did with the people before us, or even look me in the eyes until inviting me to the cash register to pay. They both were absent for at least 15 minutes of our half our appointment (either late or busy helping others at the door) but finished exactly on time for the next person. At the end, when I said I didn’t want to tip, the lady argued with me about it! She said it wasn’t her fault they didn’t have a receptionist today and she had to leave our haircut to help customers. So I felt pressured, and said I would give her some cash, but it was just for her, not the other stylist. She said ok, then made change in the register, and gave some cash to other stylist while I stood there, and then started helping other customers. No “thank you”, no “goodbye”. I guess they think we are worthless people, because that’s how they treated us. This was supposed to be fun, but instead I don’t think I have ever left a salon...

We had a lovely stylist who was so kind, patient, and supportive to my son (3 years old). It was his first haircut there that he didn't freak out or shut down, so that was a plus! The stylist showered him with positive feedback, and it was nice to see she could work quickly with her hands and encourage confidence in him at the same time.

We made an appointment and everything ran very smoothly. The check-in stations outside were self-explanatory. Everything seemed very clean and sanitary. I appreciated the pandemic preparations (just 4 haircut stations, only 2 stylists, 1 receptionist) as there have sometimes been so much chaos with tons of excited children in there which can be a bit much.

I also want to commend the other stylist who was working on a 2-3 year old boy who scream-cried his whole haircut. He had a TON of hair, but she had even more grace than he did hair. Both she and our stylist were able to maintain laser focus and professionalism despite the poor boy being hysterical.

I also appreciated that the receptionist asked permission to offer my son a lollipop rather than just having him take one. Thank you so much!

Sometimes the haircuts here can be hit or miss but it's usually your child's behavior that drive the outcome. The customer service is second to none -- and that's what has me going back time...
