I had read all the reviews before heading to PSD Pearl Harbor, to renew my wife’s ID card, so I was prepared for the worst. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. I was a walk-in with no reservation. I arrived on a Monday about 1100. There were only a few people ahead of me. After about 10-15 minutes, I was called. The young gentleman who helped my wife and I was polite, professional and very friendly. He efficiently completed my wife’s info, took her photo and gave her the new ID in about 10 minutes. He then noticed that my ID card, although still current, was an old style and asked if I would like a new card also. Why not. He completed my paperwork, photo etc. in 10 minutes (or less). Read moreWORST SERVICE EVER!!! No one is helpful, no one communicates with each other they NEVER ANSWERS THIER PHONES!! I have been lied to, given the run around, delayed in paperwork numerous times and when confronted about it everyone just shrugs. I called them 75 times in a row one morning before they answered. That’s not an over exaggeration. 75 TIMES IN A ROW!! I pray for anyone having to deal with these incompetent people, and I’m not a praying person. The place needs to be gutted. Fire everyone and restructure. If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. They don’t care about their people, they don’t do their job, and they aren’t helpful WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE PLACE!!! I...

I actually doubt the capability of the English language lexicon to fully describe the terribleness that is Pearl Harbor PSD in any form that would do it justice. One call led to another number led to another number led to another number, an endless loop of oh try this number. All of the next numbers were either out of service or not being answered. I somehow reached a voicemail asking for a pin for my personal voicemail. I have never had a worse experience in any...
