Jamba — Restaurant in Honolulu

I’m a little late to the Açaí bowl game but since my fiancé brought one a few months ago from the Jamba in Ewa Beach, I’ve been addicted. So I was super excited to have a Jamba close to base bc now I can grab a bowl for breakfast or lunch. I’ve ordered the same bowl from this location 2 or 3 times & each time the fruit has been borderline rotten- the flesh of strawberries should not appear transparent aka old. I request & pay extra for strawberries…never equals the amount I pay extra for. I tried speaking to the young lady that prepped my bowl the last time before I wrote a review. However she chose to listen to respond instead of listening & understanding that the fruit was low quality then offering to replace the fruit with fresh produce. I paid for chocolate chips and pineapple on my bowl, i had just come from a procedure at the hospital and was feeling horrible, overheated and a little out of it. when my order finally came there was nothing on top but strawberries but i didn’t notice until i got in the car so i came back and said i paid for extra toppings and they’re not on here. she put the chocolate chips on but when getting back to the car i realized she didn’t put the pineapple on THAT I PAID FOR i wasn’t going back in there in the condition i was. not for a third time. maybe if they hadn’t sent the person who was making my order on break in the middle of them making it then it would have been correct. i’m really disappointed i love jamba and come a lot. but this isn’t the first time i’ve had lackluster service and quality from them (don’t get me started on how a smoothie i order all the time tasted weird/ different) so i think i’m gonna start going to the one closer to me at the...

I came up to the register, wasn’t greeted with a smile or nothing. I gave a cheerful “hello” to the person at the register. No response. I order my drink and my son wanted a strawberry something so I searched the menu up top but didn’t see the kids items. I asked the person at the register where was the kids menu because maybe I didn’t see it, she looked back rudely told me it was up there. I ordered his drink and then I said thank you. And still didn’t get a reply. I waited for my name to be called and the person called my name wrong which is okay but the person who was at the register laughed.
