Gallery Smoke Hoover — Attraction in Hoover

So my very first experience visiting Gallery Smoke was not good at all. Salesperson I had was terrible at selling. I left a review about my experience on January 8th with only 1 star. The HR of Gallery Smoke seen my review and sent me an e-mail regarding talking to me about my visit. But after I sent an e-mail I never followed up with her again. I live right down the road from this location, so today January 31st, I needed some more e-juice so decided to stop here and give this place one more try. I didn’t mention anything to the saleswoman that was helping me (Jules or Jewelz) with my purchase today. But she was so helpful and seemed so enthusiastic and really interested in helping and selling me what I wanted. She was amazing!!! So when I was checking out at the register I asked about setting my e-mail up for future discounts and she asked for my name. When I gave her my name she automatically told me that Shelley the HR had a $50 gift card ready for me in my name!! I was so surprised. I was really not expecting anything more regarding my first visit and experience considering Jules was so amazing with me today. But I ended up leaving so happy and so pleased with this company! She even gave me a free coil that I had needed also. So I paid only for my juice and left with a free coil and $50 gift card!! I will forever be a future customer after that!! So happy I ended up visiting again today! Thank you Shelley...

Tried to go in here to buy a pipe and something to smoke, vape or imbibe. I had to use the bathroom rather urgently but they would not permit me to use any they had on premises. Had to go to the Hispanic grocery a few doors down ( whose staff was very nice and suggested a tonic for my stomach). Came back. One guy on staff, talking forever to a dude about some glass. I think the gentleman may have been selling rather than buying. I had enough time to peruse the inventory, look up some stuff on the internet to make my decision, Pick up my purchases, and then stand there for fifteen minutes waiting on someone , anyone to check me out. The podcast I was listening to ended, which I took as a sign that this guy was never gonna make eye contact with me, much less check me out. A simple "I'll be with you soon," would have been nice. Anywho, I suggest finding another head shop unless you are friends with this guy and can get his attention...

Tried to go on my hour lunch break (even took lunch early to specifically avoid the rush) to find a vaporizer I was told theyd have in. Spent 30 minutes waiting for the lady to get off the phone. She spent that whole time on the phone telling the person literally everything she had in inventory. I dont know but usually when theres a line of people in your store and the person on the phone doesnt know what they want, go ahead and answer the peoples questions standing in front of the register.... I wasted half of my lunch hour to find out the shipment didnt arrive and was a day late and still not there. Wouldve been nice to know that before i waited that long. Ill just find it at one of the other 4 vape shops on the same road.
